About Us
T
he Epsilon Zeta chapter was founded in
1957, and is the 121st chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity.
In 1992, the chapter was kicked off campus. Roughly
a decade later, however, potential arose for a possible
return of the chapter, thanks to several students dedicated to Theta Chi.
With the help of the chapter's first three pledge classes – nicknamed
the Sticks of Fire, the Tortoise Killers, and the Golden Girls –
the Epsilon Zeta chapter made a strong return to the University of Tampa, winning Fraternity of the Year and the annual Greek Sing competition
